Organic red quinoa
Red quinoa is not as well known as its white cousin. Yet, these red seeds contain more nutrients and have a more outspoken nutty flavour. Truly worth discovering! Our raw quinoa is organic and was cultivated without pesticides or herbicides.
Use
Rinse quinoa before cooking, preferably in a sieve under running water. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Red quinoa can be used just like rice or couscous. Red quinoa maintains its shape and texture when cooking. Goes extremely well with cold salads.
