In Asia, however, konjak is widely used in the kitchen. Hugely popular are the shirataki noodles made from konjak flour. The texture of these noodles is very similar to rice noodles, but with hardly any carbohydrates. A mere 7 calories per 100 grams.

Use Konjac paste in the form of fettuccine

These konjac noodles are in the shape of Italian fettuccine, a flatter and wider pasta shape. They are packaged in a brine purified water.

First make your sauce with vegetables, chicken, meat, tofu, soy pieces of your choice and taste. Rinse the pasta well under warm running water. Boil or fry the fettuccine for 2-3 minutes. Add immediately to the dish.

After opening, store in the refrigerator in the liquid and tightly closed, for up to 3 days.
